If I had to start another business and make $1 million, I would start a service business, one that could provide services for other marketers… but do I want this? No, not really. I know what it takes in effort to get their or at least I have a little idea. It will only take $40,000 more to get me out of debt. This I could make from the trading list perhaps over the two years.
I rejoice in the Lord and place my full faith and trust in him. =)
Dear Lord, I am going to trust you today. I know you can see all the plans and I’ll trust and love you.

How can I raise money for Sponsor A Missionary? Call people one by one, set up fund-raising calls… how can I engage others in a bigger vision – in a big vision? I’m pretty sure I could get to $1000 a month by calling my friends.

John, you don’t want to stay here and just focus on money – that’s not the life for you, that’s not the life I’ve called you to and have equipped you for. I want you for more, more than just that. You don’t want to sit at home and worry about trading currency, or even be out investing in real estate, I’m giving you one of the greatest privileges there is, to create an organization that has but one purpose, to reach the people of the world for my son, Jesus. This is the greatest privilege you could ask for. Please take a hold of it. Yes, father. I will do my best with it. Please give me strength and direction. w/ tears.

Dear Lord, please help me find my place. =) please help me to delight in you. =) Dear Lord, I am content in you. I am happy in you, for while I do not know what you have in store for me, I know you will accomplish or plans and in this I am happy. =) I am learning to be happier and happier every day. =) to be filled with your joy. Dear Lord, please help me find some way to have fun with my work. Please help me get busy, and work unto you.
What about calling options University potential affiliates? No, I don’t feel anything behind that either. As soon as I raise enough money, I could get a ticket to India to meet with the first church. Or maybe I could go on the Belize mission trip?

Thank you, Lord. You have made all things happen in my life. Please help me to be humble today.

Action: bought the website template. I will start with just one website. =) I will trust in you Lord God. I will wait on you. =) I know you will provide everything. I will persist. Start with the template and write it all out. Blog, start taking donations, then test and track everything. One site at a time is great. It’s a solid idea.

The Lord just sends me Jocelyn to help Sponsor A Missionary with bookkeeping and administrative work. =) Hooray.
I just had a good two hour and 13 minutes call with Charrissa Cawley, which was good. =) could start doing sales for them at $7,000 commission per sale. That would certainly help Sponsor A Missionary.
I’m waiting on rolling with the website.

I am so grateful to be here at the big seminar – getting a chance to meet many of my friends here. I am very glad this time because I can remember so many people’s names here. I was just talking with Robin Thompson about seminars and also non-profit promotions. He’s excited about non-profit fundraising also. =) I wonder what things will look like in five years for Sponsor a Missionary if I keep attending big seminar and promote the non-profit as I go along. It could be great. No one heard of Morgan James I’m sure when David started. But now he’s build a business over the past four years and most of his business has come from the big seminar here. I can see just a tiny part of your plan, dear Lord. =)
I am so grateful for all the opportunities and friends you have sent my way. The Sponsor a Missionary business plan is built on the relationships you have given me. I am so grateful for your guidance in putting me in touch with many others. =) Thank you for giving me so many different contacts. Please help guide me in working with them specifically.
What is my next most logical step for Sponsor a Missionary? Incorporate it. And then what is the next most logical step? Have Michslle and Roy build a blog. And then what is the next most logical step? To build the website. How? Put it out to Michslle and Roy to build the framework. And then what? File for tax-exempt status with the IRS. Wait a little while. =)
The website needs to look like a million dollars – that’s for sure – first impressions are everything. I also want to have a long-copy and a squeeze page and an order page for Sponsor a Missionary. What would that look like?

Day 2 – Big Seminar
Dear Lord, thank you for bringing me to this seminar. I am grateful for your instructions and your guidance and for bringing me to this exact place and time. =) I want to make a list of those whom I would call to ask for donations and then call them as soon as my site is live to start taking the donations. All donations would be monthly, so I’d ask them for say $30 a month, or $50 a month. =) Perfect. Just 100 people at $30 a month is $3000 a month! =)
Matt Bacak – Be critical of everything said today. have a level of certainty.
Are you where you want to be? Are you satisfied with where you are right now? What would it taste, smell and look like if you were making an extra $10,000, $50,000 or $100,000 a month in income?
If you are trying to do this yourself, that is dangerous and expensive. Took matt 2 years and $315,000 to get to where he is now.
Business is a game, you have got to play to win, there is no second plane.

Armand Morin Intro
- Don’t do what they did, do what they are doing.
- Increase the number of links on your sales letter
- Stick to the basics – sales letter is the most important thing.
- Green Eggs & Ham, the book, asks for the order 16 times. Armand took 5 order links on his page and increased it to 9 and sales doubled. What is your back-up plan if they don’t buy from your first link?
- Everything in your business should have a system behind it. like an autoresponder with three website links in it to the site. Copy, testimonial, 3 links, less than 100 words, armand sends text only. Sends on Tuesday and Thursday and sometimes Friday.
“Your ability is also your responsibility.”
- Armand spends more than $100k/year on his education. You must always continue to learn.
