Overcoming Obstacles & A Committed Father

February 1, 2002

I do not have my shivers anymore, but I will pursue this for the second day now. I know my intensity will drop, but it is my goal to continue working for the better. Hopefully, through these journal writings I will be able to continually renew my dedication.

I am watching key segments of the video where the fundamental lease-purchase deal is made. I will have to go to work shortly. I will want to call the number at the end on Saturday, February 2, 2002.

I am approaching the age of 18 and I remain to be heavily in debt. I am striving for the most positive attitude that I can have, for no one ever got to the moon saying, “I don’t think I can.” In times of doubt I will return to these pages for inspiration. I know my dreams, and I have a way of getting there. I will not lose my fuel of my desire. I will be successful, for I have a dream and “If you can dream it, then you can do it.”

Please read this and find the fuel, find the passion to continue. Please stay the course and remain strong, for the future is bright and I know that I can do it. I know that I will be successful. I am proud and grateful for ambitious thought. Now I have obtained the necessary means. Time is my friend. Positive attitudes survive. Paid and struggle breeds strength and compassion. I will be happy, I will be positive, I will remember the Lord. For my being can only do so much, but I will do all that I can.

I have just watched a powerfully compelling video done by A.D. Kessler. He is a self-made millionaire by creative real estate. After watching what can be called, nothing short of awe-inspiring, I can see nothing but success. I will do my utmost to remember this feeling of wonder for the future, the tingling sensations as I have felt tonight.
